Notified that an update would be done, and a restart; completed and it tried to boot up. Screen said preparing automatic repair, next screen said Choose your keyboard layout. Of course the mouse does not work so I could not choose US. Forced a shut down and left if for several hours. Start up was same situation. What can I do? Thanks
